Tuesdays:

6:45-7:45pm hot vinyasa flow

Wednesdays:

8:00-9:00pm warm yin

Saturdays:

12:15-1:30pm hot hatha

1:45-2:45pm prenatal yoga

Sundays: 

1:30-2:45pm warm yin

 

Postnatal Offerings:

* This is a free mom & baby yoga class at the Hub Family Resource Centre. Please call 1 week prior to pre-register, and for more information. 

 

June 25th:

10:30-11:30am baby & me "mom & baby yoga"

 

 

Kids Yoga:

 * This is a free kids yoga class at the Hub Family Resource Centre. Please call to pre-register, and for more information.

 

Fridays:

11:00am-12:00pm yoga for kids (ages 3-6)

 

Private Yoga:

*scheduled for whenever works for you
